How to Prepare a Transfer Sticker
A transfer sticker has three parts:

1. paper backing, 2) the vinyl sticker, 3) transfer tape.

Remove any air bubbles under the transfer tape (not the backing):
Lift the transfer tape slightly from one edge toward the middle, then lay it back down slowly while smoothing on a flat surface with the side of your hand or a credit card/squeegee (use a ruler/straight edge for larger decals). Repeat from the other side. (See product video for a quick demo.)

Prep the surface:
Clean and dry the area thoroughly with soap and warm water, then wipe with a small amount of isopropyl rubbing alcohol and let it fully dry.

Do not use ammonia-based “blue” glass cleaners, silicone polishes, or waxes—residue can prevent proper adhesion.

How to Apply a Transfer Sticker
Burnish the stack: Lay the sticker flat and use a sponge, squeegee, or credit card to firmly press all three layers together. This helps the vinyl cling to the transfer tape.
NOTE: If the vinyl stays on the paper backing when you start to peel, lay the transfer tape back down and burnish again until the vinyl lifts with the tape.

Position the decal:
Peel away the paper backing so you’re holding two layers (vinyl + transfer tape). Place the sticker where you want it, then smooth from the center outward (or from one side to the other) to avoid trapping air.

Set the adhesive:
Press firmly across the entire design with your squeegee/credit card to seal it to the surface.

Cure time:
Leave the sticker in place and allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before washing, heavy handling, rain exposure, or car washes/dishwashers.

Remove the transfer tape:
Slowly peel the tape back on itself at a low, opposing angle starting from a corner. If any part lifts, lay the tape back down, burnish again, and peel more slowly.
